What is Therapy? 

While the terms "counselling" and "therapy" are often used interchangeably, counselling helps with day-to-day problems, while therapy is often used for conditions like depression, anxiety, or trauma. At Crown Counselling, we do both counselling and therapy to best serve our clients.
